We want you to be completely satisfied with your Milan Rowe order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. Please note, however, that we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Returned merchandise must be received at the address listed below within 30 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a refund.
When returning the merchandise, please include a copy of your original receipt, the RMA number, and the returned product in its original packaging. Milan Rowe is not responsible for return shipping fees and we are not liable for misplaced or lost merchandise by the courier. It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number when returning the merchandise.
Once your returned item is received, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return. If the returned item includes a copy of the original receipt, the RMA number, and the original packaging, a refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Refunds will be provided via the original form of payment. Please be advised that PayPal may return your refund to your PayPal account and not the credit card you used for payment.
International orders may be subject to custom duty taxes. Milan Rowe is not responsible for import taxes or custom fees that you may incur. Please note that you are responsible for any fees charged for undeliverable or refused packages.
Cancellation requests prior to shipping may be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that our acknowledgement of the request may take up to 2 business days. If the order has been assigned a tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled.
All products purchased during a sale is FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refund.

If your item is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please retain all items and packages, you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged items. Replacements cannot be exchanged for another item.
If your item shows that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items. Please contact the Postal Service for assistance for with recovering your package.
