PAYMENTS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To better assist you please enter "Cancel Order" in the subject field and provide your order number at the time of your request. If your order has not shipped, we will provide a full refund. If your order has shipped and assigned a tracking number, we cannot cancel your order. Once your order arrives, you have the option to refuse delivery from the Postal Service. Please note, however, that shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order is received, it is typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.
SALES TAX
As a company headquartered in Florida, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida addresses. The sales tax amount charged to Florida residents will vary based on the receiving address.
PRE ORDERS
Pre order items are products that are available for sale to the general public prior to the product launch date. Items purchased during the pre order will be shipped when it becomes available. you will not be charged for your pre-order item until it is shipped. An estimated ship date will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase. We will notify you of the status of your pre order item via email once the item is available and is processed for shipping. If you complete your payment with a credit card you will not be charged until we begin processing your order. However, Paypal payments will be charged at the time that you place your order.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than nine (5) units.
