Currently, you can only purchase Milan Rowe products on our website.

We make every effort to provide adequate images to display our products. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor resolutions or color settings.

We currently do not offer a pro discount.

Orders & Returns

We gladly accepts unused or damaged products within 14 days of receipt. For more information on returns click here.

We are required by law to collect sales tax of 7% on orders where we have a physical location. Florida residents will be charged sales tax on all orders. The amount charged will vary based on city or county.

If you received an order that is damaged, contact us immediately through the contact page and be sure to include your order number. Please note damaged items can only be replaced for the same item.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note shipments will not be made on weekends or holidays.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Yes we do, although some restrictions may apply.

DOMESTIC Tracking numbers can sometimes take 24-48 hours to show shipping information once you receive shipping notification. INTERNATIONAL Tracking numbers sometimes only shows the first to second update. Don't worry your package is on it's way. If you have not received your package within the expected time frame please contact the shipping company for further assistance. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charges you may incur.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled your once it has been placed.
